Shanghai Capannina was involved in the interior design project for Miyabi snow chalet in the Japanese alpine village of Hirafu. The word Miyabi is usually translated as “elegance” or “refinement,” words that can also be used to describe the finished interior of the apartments.

Shanghai Capannina successfully put together a space where western style meets Japanese charm in a perfect alpine fusion. The design was very much appreciated by developers and guests alike, and as the reputation spread, Shanghai has since been fortunate to do other snow chalets in Japan.

Pizza Express

Xin Tian Di, Shanghai

Shanghai Capannina won the contract to replicate the Pizza Express furniture style throughout the China flagship store in Xin Tian Di.

The space, inside a Shikumen building in the heart of urban Shanghai, spans over two floors and includes al fresco dining.

The project was completed on budget and on time for the opening launch.

The Keating Hotel

Shanghai Capannina was asked by designer Pina Feriana to put into production the signature pieces for the Keating Hotel in San Diego, California – the start of a new 5 star boutique hotel chain.
